Phone support service

Telynet’s Help Desk service is exclusive to the Spanish market and is available from Monday to Saturday with extended hours. It provides phone assistance to the company’s network of salespeople and mobile users, and the staff is trained to answer any questions related to our products and services. The Helps Desk’s tools include periodical sending of call summaries, list of interventions and even call recordings, should they be previously authorized.

Telynet offers its customers the option of an on-site service, with staff permanently based at the customer's offices. This service can be provided in any country and gives companies the peace of mind of having an optimal local service, with no need to hire or engage company employees.
